Sean C. MacDonald is the founder of Patriot Strategy & Development LLC (PSD), a defense contracting and AI innovation firm based in El Paso, Texas. A former Corning Optical Communications Supervisor and U.S. Army officer, he brings a disciplined, systems-driven approach to leadership, operations, and technology integration. A West Point graduate in Civil Engineering, Sean now applies his expertise in process optimization and AI automation to revolutionize how small businesses compete for and execute defense logistics contracts.

Philip R. Ingram is a co-founder of PSD and the founder of IPS Services, an industry-leading electrical and automation firm serving Southeast New Mexico and West Texas. An electrical engineer and proven entrepreneur with more than 25 years in the field—including eight years designing complex automation projects—he scaled IPS to over 1,000 employees across nine locations by combining deep technical mastery (50+ PLC and automation certifications) with execution-focused leadership. Off the clock he’s an avid golfer and health advocate who channels that same competitive drive into philanthropy.

Claire is a co‑founder of Patriot Strategy & Development LLC (PSD), a defense contracting and AI innovation firm based in El Paso, Texas. A UTEP graduate with a B.S. in Computer Science, she has several years of R&D experience as a research assistant at the Pysber Security Lab at UTEP, resulting in multiple publications. She also has extensive R&D experience as an REU research assistant at Florida International University and as a Sandia National Laboratories intern. Claire specializes in cloud automation technologies such as containerization and SaaS products. She applies her expertise in cloud technologies, infrastructure as code, and scalable automation pipelines to accelerate small businesses’ ability to identify, bid on, and execute defense logistics contracts.
